Booking Policy

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises. This includes hookah and/or e-cigarettes. Also, Due to COVID-19, guests must exercise caution and maintain a safe distance between one another. We ask that you do not exceed the building's maximum occupancy allowed. (Please note, we do provide hand-sanitizing stations in the lobby for the convenience of our guests.)

All events booked 30 days or less prior to the requested event date require a non-refundable payment in full to secure the event date. All events booked 31 days or more from the requested event date require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the booking rate. The remaining 50%, plus any additional add-ons must be paid in full 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.

A $300 refundable security deposit is required on all venue rentals. This fee is separate from the venue deposit and can be paid in cash or via a credit card authorization form. Should there be any damages done to the venue, theft of Avik Events property, items removed from the venue unlawfully and/or any policy breach as outlined in the rental agreement; the client forfeits security deposit, and deposit becomes non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy

Event cancellation requests must be made in writing via the client’s email address on file and submitted to customerservice@avikevents.com. If client cancels 90 days or more prior to the event date, 90% of original fees paid will be refunded.

For cancellations made 60 to 89 days prior to the event date, client will receive 50% of original fees paid (excluding deposit). Cancellations made 30 days to 59 days prior to the event date, client will receive 25% of original fees paid (excluding deposit).

No refund will be granted for event cancellations made within 30 days of event date; all deposits and payments made would be forfeited unless Avik Events has previously agreed to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances.

Avik Events will not grant any refunds on day of delivery for cakes, custom treats and/or any other product or service being delivered and/or rendered; nor will Avik Events provide any refunds for same day cancellations on the rental of Avik Events - The Venue.

One rescheduled date is permitted as long as the new date is available. Deposits & payments can be transferred to the new date (or refunded) provided cancellation adheres to AvikEvent's cancellation policy. More than one cancellation forfeits all deposits and payments.
